How do you treat your customers?

I was running late for an appointment; it was raining and I was stuck in traffic due to an accident. I phoned and apologized and said I was still trying to get there. I got abused! I was told I needed to decide what was important! She was rude and snippety. I got off the phone and was instantly angry and stressed. I was an existing and ongoing customer trying to do the right thing.

That did not last for long; I took her advice and decided that I did not need to feel this way, I would decide what was important and within 5 minutes I had another appointment the next morning with someone else.

My phone rang, “ohhh, I’m sooo sorry, how far away are you? because I really have to hurry” and on and on and on. “Perhaps I could squeeze you in tomorrow?

Damage Done, relationship bruised, and I have found someone else!

We all take comfort in knowing that a bee dies after he stings us;

But it still hurts.
